Gulu, May 14, 2008: Joseph Kony, the LRA rebel leader, has once again frustrated leaders who braved the hazardous journey to Ri-Kwangba and slept rough for three days waiting to meet him, by failing to show up. The leaders decided to return to Juba today (Wednesday).
