So does this also mean that if i was to try and buy Land in order to open up my HQ in Lira, i am more than likely to not get it?? For example, as far as my research for years, i do find that people from the North are not well catered for, i was thinking of investing Billions in Lira and other Northern regions as well, this would bring this region up very fast and my vision of Lira and the surrounding is to be more like a trading centre of Uganda, similar to some European Countries, To be able to give Modern Apprenticeship/trainings for people of the North, working as International traders and buyers among others jobe. provide public transports, water systems, Hydroelectricity, better roads, sewer systems, cheaper internet/digital TV/phones (Cable). Developments of Schools (New Universities, Secondary, Primary, Nursery, this would also include some findings from here in UK/EU and US. Opening Development Banks for Farmers (Non profit organization) Business Banking/Personal. Obviously all the above would be controlled from the UK to make sure every one gets a share. So my questions is, to bring such projects to benefit the North, is it so wrong to do so? If Land can not be provided, this needs to change.
