Lira Manchester United Fans club celebrate their victory in high colour where fire works and big entertainment worth10 million Uganda Shillings.

The celebration that took place at St Lira Hotel about a week ago drew fans from different sports clubs Like Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and so on. Artists of different kind of songs reggae hip hops and locals where there to entertain.

 

Reggae D the popular Comedian with his songs of Letter “O” pulled the crowd as he performed. Other artists like Jibbu Mambo of Manchester and Two Star of Supper where there to make it happen big time.

However, there was some disappointments that lady artist like Engineer Jane and Lady Befall did not perform.

 

Guest of Honor Sam Engola urged fans to use the organization to unite Lango since people had been divided during the 2 decades of war in the region. He said politics had also contributed acrimony in Lango.

100 crates of beer and 300 crates of soda 2 million shillings cash where given to the fans club by the president of Manchester United Uganda.

 

Dignitaries present included Lira Municipality MP Jimmy Akena Obote, Apac District Woman MP Betty Amongi Ongom, Presidential Advisor Levi Okodi Macpio.
